....... Or Quinua for us locals.

So far I have had quinoa soup ( delicious), quinoa bread, quinoa salad ( see picture), and quinoa pops on my cereal.

And don't forget the picture of the quinoa crop in Mollepata.

Peru exports a significant share of the world's quinoa, and clearly uses lots of it in their diet.

Wonder of a quinoa restaurant would make it in North Hero?
